Work Schedule:

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls.
  • Utilize a company-provided script to address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate service solutions.
  • Exhibit empathy and provide reassurance to customers, ensuring their comfort.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess the needs of previous customers.
  • Assist the field team by documenting customer interactions and entering data into our system.
  • Manage rebate paperwork, register product equipment, maintain installation records, and process purchase orders.
  • Foster a positive company culture through an upbeat and diligent work ethic.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to varying hours.
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with robust customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and typing.
  • Exceptional multitasking and follow-up capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both professionally and technically.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn and advance within the organization.
  • Prior experience in HVAC/Plumbing administration or customer service is beneficial.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement.
