What We Provide

  • Competitive Pay: $20-30/hr. (Dependent on skills and experience)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
  • Utilize a prepared script to address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate service solutions.
  • Provide empathetic support to customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction and ongoing needs.
  • Assist the field team by documenting customer interactions and entering data into our systems.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing rebate forms, registering products, and managing purchase orders.
  • Foster a positive company culture through a proactive and hardworking attitude.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with flexible availability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with robust customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and typing.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and follow up diligently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both professionally and technically.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Prior experience in HVAC/Plumbing administration or customer service is a significant plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement.
