Join our team as a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist at Metro Medical
As a Customer Support Specialist at Metro Medical, you will deliver exceptional, professional, and thorough assistance to our clients' customers. Utilizing your outstanding customer service abilities, you will manage calls for a variety of sectors, including healthcare facilities, residential services, and professional organizations. Your role will ensure that all pertinent information is accurately gathered, providing our clients with the assurance that their concerns are communicated effectively.
While prior customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
This position requires in-office attendance.
Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls with professionalism, welcoming callers, providing and gathering necessary information, transferring calls, or taking messages as needed. You will operate on our advanced call management system and receive training on various customer service tools to effectively prioritize client needs. Please note that we are an inbound call center and do not engage in outbound sales or telemarketing.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A friendly and engaging voice
- Strong proficiency in the English language, including spelling and grammar
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
- Reliable attendance
- The ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Compensation: $20 per hour
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time - 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts
- Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
Training will last approximately one week, after which you will transition to your regular schedule.
