Job Overview

We are currently seeking Full-Time Customer Support Specialists at Metro Medical.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Metro Medical, you will deliver courteous, professional, and thorough assistance to our clients' customers. Utilizing exceptional customer service abilities, you will manage calls for a variety of organizations, including healthcare facilities, residential complexes, and professional services. Your role will ensure that all details of the communication are captured accurately, providing our clients with the assurance that their concerns are conveyed effectively.

While prior customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

This position requires working in an office environment.


Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, welcoming callers, supplying and gathering necessary information, transferring calls, or taking messages as needed. You will operate our advanced call processing system and receive training on various call center tools to prioritize customer needs effectively. Please note that we are exclusively an inbound call center, with no outbound telemarketing or aggressive sales activities.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A friendly voice with a positive tone
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, including good spelling and grammar
  • Computer literacy in a Windows-based environment
  • Reliable attendance
  • The capability to type at least 35 words per minute

Compensation: $20 per hour

Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time - 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts
  • Availability to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday required)

Training will last approximately one week, after which you will transition to your designated schedule.
