Position Summary:

This role involves managing incoming client calls, overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of service and maintenance requests, and reporting directly to the Call Center Manager. The work schedule includes weekdays and alternate Saturdays.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming client calls, recognizing the importance of first impressions.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer calls promptly, adhering to the company’s greeting and script protocols.
  • Proactively inform clients if there are any delays in service appointments.
  • Schedule service appointments for Agreement Membership clients to balance repair call volumes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer software is necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
