Position Summary:
This role involves managing incoming client calls, overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of service and maintenance appointments, and reporting directly to the Call Center Manager. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client calls, recognizing the importance of first impressions for the company.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer all calls promptly, ideally before the third ring, using the designated company greeting and script.
  • Proactively inform clients if a technician will be delayed beyond the scheduled arrival time.
  • Contact Agreement Membership clients to schedule service appointments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer software is necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
