Role Overview:
The NOC Customer Support Specialist operates within our National Operations Center (NOC), providing essential support and monitoring services around the clock. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and safety for our clients, particularly in aviation obstruction lighting and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming calls utilizing Avaya and Chronicall systems.
2. Log technician entries and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
3. Collaborate with field technicians to facilitate lighting inspections.
4. Assist with new installations and upgrades of lighting and monitoring systems.
5. Issue NOTAMs (Notice to Air Missions) to relevant authorities.
6. Coordinate with other NOCs for seamless operations.
7. Configure and monitor sites using SQL Eagle, AM2010, and ADP.
8. Provide after-hours support and product registration.
9. Process alerts through the monitoring system and manage ticket resolutions.
10. Ensure compliance with FAA and FCC regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a technical field.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments.
- Technical background in related fields.
