Position Summary
This role involves managing incoming client calls and assisting in the coordination and dispatch of scheduled service and maintenance appointments. The position reports directly to the Call Center Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client calls, recognizing the importance of first impressions in client relations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly, utilizing the company’s approved greeting and script.
- Proactively inform clients if there are any delays in service appointments.
- Contact Agreement Membership clients to schedule necessary service appointments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer software is necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
