Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in regular prospecting and appointment scheduling activities.
  • Oversee the presentation standards of model homes to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of sales materials at the model.
  • Showcase model homes and effectively communicate community and floorplan features to potential buyers.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or administrative roles.
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Availability to work five days a week, including three weekends each month.
  • Experience in homebuilding or real estate is advantageous.
