Key Responsibilities:- Engage in regular prospecting and appointment scheduling activities.
- Oversee the presentation standards of model homes to ensure they meet customer expectations.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of sales materials at the model.
- Showcase model homes and effectively communicate community and floorplan features to potential buyers.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or administrative roles.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Availability to work five days a week, including three weekends each month.
- Experience in homebuilding or real estate is advantageous.
