Position Overview:
Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated IMS Call Center Specialist to provide exceptional support in a remote capacity. This role is essential in assisting users of a specialized web application that offers vehicle technical information.


Key Responsibilities:
As an IMS Call Center Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Assisting end users with a custom web application tailored for automotive technical data.
  • Managing incoming incidents, ensuring thorough tracking and monitoring.
  • Providing support through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email.
  • Overseeing dealer licenses associated with the application.
  • Handling user information related to billing processes.
  • Supporting multiple products related to vehicle technical service software and utilities.
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and support newly introduced software as required.
  • Collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
  • Identifying priority issues and escalating them to ensure timely access to technical data for users.
  • Maintaining and updating FAQs to assist users in self-troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the automotive field, with knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with contact management systems.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Office applications, including Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with remote access software for troubleshooting purposes.
  • A preference for candidates with an Associate degree or equivalent relevant coursework.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is between $42,500 and $49,500, based on various factors including education and experience.
