We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of a cutting-edge Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program within our Risk team. In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues to establish and implement new TPRM capabilities that align with our strategic objectives.

This role reports to the Manager of Third Party Risk Management and offers remote work flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risk exposure associated with third parties through advanced risk management methodologies and enhance transparency regarding our third party risk landscape.
  • Assist in the daily execution of the Information Security Risk Assessment process for current and prospective vendors.
  • Document, organize, and monitor activities resulting from vendor security evaluations.
  • Compile and structure vendor review outcomes and data to facilitate risk reporting and oversight processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to support the Vendor Risk Management Program and related initiatives, and aid in the implementation and refinement of the program.
  • Support additional tasks related to the broader risk management program and team.
  • Possess knowledge of emerging technologies, including mobile and cloud solutions.
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, information security, third party risk management, auditing, or compliance.
  • At least 2 years of experience reviewing vendors, systems, or solutions as part of an internal risk assessment or procurement process.
  • Practical experience with one or more risk or regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, COSO, COBIT, AICPA TSP/SOC, PCI).
  • Familiarity with vendor risk management tools (e.g., Coupa, Archer, AuditBoard).
  • Experience in assessing or reviewing SOC reports, penetration testing outcomes, or other security control attestations.
  • Experience managing operational risks across various business lines, legal entities, and jurisdictions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to evaluate the potential risk of escalated issues and utilize business acumen to assess impact and alternatives.
  • Effective judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving regulatory compliance landscapes.
Additional Information:
  • Full-time position reporting to a Manager of Solution Services.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects to implement Frontend Arts solutions across diverse client sectors, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our platform.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to manage timelines, scope, and change requests.
  • Design, demonstrate, and develop Frontend Arts solutions tailored to new and existing customer needs.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in Frontend Arts products, including premium offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for product and service expansion within the customer base.
  • Advise on best practices and capabilities of the Frontend Arts platform across various industries and business functions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets aligned with the role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
