We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Third Party Risk Management and Responsible Sourcing initiatives. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic policies and procedures to assess, onboard, monitor, and optimize third-party relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement initiatives that ensure the sourcing of products and services in an ethical, environmentally sustainable, and socially conscious manner.
- Third-Party Relationship Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party relationships, from initial vendor selection and due diligence to ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Supply Chain Risk Resiliency: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen supply chain risk resiliency through technology, risk mitigation plans, policy implementation, and monitoring and reporting for compliance.
- Procedures, Policies and Audits: Ensure third-party risk management and responsible sourcing practices adhere to company policies and comply with relevant required regulations and standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and digitalize performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements, risk resiliency, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team, drive results, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in third-party management, risk resiliency, governance processes, regulatory requirements, and responsible sourcing.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute strategic plans and articulate vision to others, including executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Strong program management skills and ability to hold others accountable for deliverables to ensure program plan timelines are successfully met.
