Position Summary:
As a Program Manager specializing in Third Party Risk Management within the Procurement Digital Transformation and Operations division, you will lead and oversee projects that ensure robust governance and management of our Third Party partnerships, as well as adherence to Procurement policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include the development and execution of strategies, processes, and policies to evaluate, onboard, monitor, and enhance third-party relationships. This role necessitates strategic planning, leadership across various functions, and close collaboration with procurement, IT, finance, legal, operations, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), a customer-focused approach, exceptional communication skills, and an agile mindset. Building influence through cross-functional collaboration and fostering relationships within the organization and with third-party providers will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement tools and processes to enhance and mature TPRM practices, drive efficiency, and establish best practices.
  • Oversee third-party risk assessments, methodologies, monitoring, documentation, remediation, and reporting. Proactively monitor vendor performance and address risks.
  • Evaluate and implement technological solutions that facilitate risk management, supplier onboarding, and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and generate reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Training and Development: Create and maintain procedures and policies related to risk management and supplier onboarding. Provide education and training to stakeholders on best practices in risk management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support and contribute to internal and external audits, collaborating to address findings.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supplier management and risk management processes and solutions.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, implementing process and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to operationalize metrics to support strategic objectives.
