We are in search of a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program within the Risk team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement advanced TPRM capabilities that align with our strategic objectives.
This position is remote-eligible and reports to the Manager of Third Party Risk Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate risk exposure associated with third parties by enhancing risk management practices and ensuring transparency in our third party risk landscape.
- Assist in the daily execution of the Information Security Risk Assessment process for current and prospective vendors.
- Document, organize, and monitor activities stemming from vendor security evaluations.
- Compile and structure vendor review outcomes and data to support risk reporting and monitoring initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the Vendor Risk Management Program and related activities.
- Contribute to broader risk program initiatives and team efforts.
- Possess knowledge of emerging technologies, including mobile and cloud solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, information security, third party risk management, audit, or compliance.
- At least 2 years of experience reviewing vendors, systems, or solutions as part of an internal risk assessment or procurement process.
- Familiarity with one or more risk or regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, COSO, COBIT, AICPA TSP/SOC, PCI, etc.).
- Experience with vendor risk management tools (e.g., Coupa, Archer, AuditBoard).
- Experience in assessing or reviewing SOC reports, penetration testing results, or other security control attestations.
- Experience managing operational risks across various business lines and jurisdictions.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to evaluate the potential risk of escalated issues and apply business acumen to assess impact and alternatives.
- Effective judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability to evolving regulatory compliance requirements.
This full-time role involves leading multiple projects to implement our solutions across diverse client industries, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our platform.
