Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RevOps Lead to join our team and drive business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with our GTM leadership team to refine annual planning exercises, including headcount, quotas, territory management, and segmentation.
  • Strategy Development: Work with GTM leadership to refine overall strategy, including ICP, pricing, and packaging, product x-sell and renewals programs, SPIFFs, and other critical considerations.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Manage the forecast and reporting process in partnership with our VP of Sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with sales management, and build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve GTM systems and processes as we scale.
  • Deal Desk Management: Refine deal desk processes to ensure smooth quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of combined experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Sales Strategy.
  • Deep experience working in highly considered purchase B2B sales environments.
  • Significant experience working with BI tooling, including Omni, Looker, Sigma, Tableau, and Mode.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering/Architecture, and Customer Success.
  • Track record of scaling GTM systems and teams from Series A to Series C+.
  • Salesforce, SQL, and Excel proficiency.
  • Highly analytical, creative, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
