About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced RevOps Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Growth team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through outstanding strategy, planning, systems, and process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a business partner to our GTM leadership team to refine annual planning exercises, including headcount, quotas, territory management & segmentation, employee compensation, and company targets.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership in refining overall strategy, in terms of ICP, pricing & packaging, product x-sell & renewals programs, SPIFFs, and other critical considerations.
  • Manage the forecast and reporting process in partnership with our VP of Sales.
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with sales management.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs to increase performance visibility and analyze the health of the business.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities that improve GTM systems & processes as we scale (both internal and customer-facing).
  • Refine deal desk processes to ensure smooth quote to cash workflows.
  • Day-to-day Salesforce management.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of combined experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Sales Strategy.
  • Deep experience working in highly considered purchase B2B sales environments.
  • Significant experience working in BI tooling, including Omni, Looker, Sigma, Tableau, and Mode.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering/Architecture, and Customer Success.
  • Track record scaling GTM systems & teams from Series A to Series C+.
  • Salesforce, SQL, and Excel proficiency.
  • Highly analytical, creative, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Proficient in both strategic planning and hands-on keyboard work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time, if not located in our headquarters.
