Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Global Communications Strategy: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances its reputation.
- Media Relations and Reputation Management: The candidate will serve as the primary spokesperson for Sun Pharma globally, building and maintaining relationships with key media stakeholders and managing the company's reputation in the face of crisis or controversy.
- Brand Development and Management: The Strategic Communications Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a brand development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances its brand image.
- Digital and Social Media: The candidate will be responsible for building and executing a social media strategy that leverages and builds a strong brand image for Sun Pharma.
- Crisis Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing issues and crises relating to the company and its divisions/brands.
- Internal Communications: The candidate will be responsible for articulating an internal communication plan that aligns with the company's business and people goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in corporate communications or public relations.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree required in Business, Communications, Journalism, English. MBA preferred.
- Pharmaceutical experience is strongly encouraged.
