Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees with a friendly demeanor.
- Issue temporary identification badges as required.
- Serve as the information hub for the building, campus, or area.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with all levels of management with minimal supervision.
- Organize and maintain the lobby and front desk areas to ensure a professional appearance.
- Address issues related to building services, including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms. Submit work orders through the appropriate channels.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling office and building maintenance activities, including luggage storage, lost and found, and umbrella management.
- Collaborate effectively with the facility management and transportation teams.
- Anticipate and respond to client needs and concerns proactively.
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to prevent disruptions to client operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in hospitality, soft services, or operations, with knowledge of the commercial real estate sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of initiative, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access).
