Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Engagement Specialist to oversee customer relationships, manage renewals of maintenance and support agreements, and enhance customer satisfaction and growth through effective digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the primary duties and responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Engage proactively with existing clients throughout the sales process using various communication channels.
    • Maintain a calendar of customer renewals and initiate proactive outreach for upselling additional products and services.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with purchasing contacts by providing updates on services, technical insights, and relevant resources.
  2. Renewals and Maintenance:
    • Ensure that support and maintenance services are current and renewed for clients.
    • Prepare pricing quotes and manage all necessary sales administration for completed orders.
    • Follow up diligently to finalize customer renewals and other transactions.
    • Reach out to clients without current support and maintenance to update them on their licensed products.
  3. Sales Support and Service:
    • Input client information and sales-related data into company databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to guarantee a positive overall customer experience.
  4. Reporting and Goal Achievement:
    • Provide monthly reports on progress related to proactive customer outreach for additional products.
  5. Collections:
    • Communicate with clients via email or phone to collect overdue accounts and escalate issues as necessary.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the IT services sector.

· Proficient in prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills.

· Team-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
