Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding member service through various channels including in-person, mail, and telephone interactions.
  • Assist with Loan Processing duties and may serve as a Teller when necessary.

Primary Duties:

  • Adhere to established Operational Procedures, Controls, and Service Levels consistently.
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to members.
  • Effectively manage Safe Deposit Box software and hardware operations.
  • Address and resolve member concerns or complaints by clarifying issues.

Sales and Referrals:

  • Achieve set sales, service, and referral objectives.
  • Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services effectively.
  • Conduct sales and service outreach to current and potential members.

Loan Processing Skills:

  • Clarify general lending policies and procedures to members.
  • Interview loan applicants and process loans upon approval.
  • Ensure all necessary loan documentation is completed prior to processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of twelve months of experience in a financial institution is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Windows and standard office equipment.
