As a Lead Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive support for users, including assistance with telecommunication devices, computing systems, and peripheral equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service delivery support for users, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Manage and oversee the inventory of equipment, ensuring all assets are accounted for and maintained.
- Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office 365 suite and related systems to assist users with their technical needs.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
- A minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) systems, and related tools.
- Proven track record in supporting service contracts, including documentation and tracking of service requests.
- Experience in customer support, financial reporting, and account management.
Certifications:
- One of the following certifications is required: CySA+ Certificate, GSEC Certificate, GICSP Certificate, CompTIA Security+ CE Certificate, CND Certificate, or SSCP Certificate.
Training:
- Current training in Microsoft Operating Systems is essential.
