You will fill a key role as an Enterprise Account Executive, acquiring new customers and creating raving fans. As a champion of the sales process, you will use creative prospecting skills to pursue net new business, working through complex deals and driving success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation to closing while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts, aligning with Gong's overall strategy and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Effectively communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions.
  • Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts, driving new opportunities through self-sourced activities.
  • Engage with senior executives to educate them on the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry, establishing Gong as a market leader.
  • Craft account-based sales strategies with cross-functional teams to drive value across go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ net new ARR and consistently closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with experience selling to senior leaders and securing new logos.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience using value-based selling methodologies.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $240,000 - $300,000 USD per annum, based on factors including job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location.

In addition to base compensation, the total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above-target earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
