We are seeking a Strategic Account Growth Manager to lead our Enterprise clients' strategies, focusing on client retention and growth. This role involves creating detailed account plans, articulating the importance of recognition in a thriving culture, and presenting ideas to mid- and senior-level executives.

  • Lead strategy, relationship, and positive impact for largest clients with focus on retention and growth.
  • Articulate recognition's role in thriving culture and present to executives to influence decisions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in recognition solutions and technologies, understanding different business environments and client issues.
  • Make key decisions to ensure excellent results, maximum value, and increased revenue for clients.
  • Partner with data insights analyst and Client Success Manager to create and monitor client KPIs.
  • Facilitate meetings, guide participants, and create successful recognition plans and strategies.
  • Help drive contract compliance, negotiate key terms, and mentor others in customer success principles.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or allied field with strong business savvy.
  • 3 years of experience in customer success management, preferably with SaaS accounts.
  • Create strong account plans with executable retention strategies and measurable growth objectives.
  • Multi-task and manage a large portfolio of complex clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and allied spaces like HR and total rewards.
