We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Software Company dedicated to revolutionizing Financial Reporting and Budgeting through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Teams, to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive sales effectiveness through strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with company objectives and drive overall business success.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in growing a SaaS company, with demonstrated experience in driving significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Experience leading both Business Development Representative (BDR) teams and Sales Teams, with a focus on developing talent and driving performance.
$180,000 - $220,000 per year.
