Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Western territory. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for managing orders, developing strategic initiatives, and cultivating relationships with customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities to increase sales and improve brand awareness.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
