Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails, and presenting our company to potential clients. You will also be responsible for identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services, customizing product solutions to increase customer satisfaction, and building long-term trusting relationships with clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within the Shopify ecosystem, as well as a strong understanding of the SaaS sales model. You should also be able to work remotely effectively and be energized by building something new in a fast-paced, startup environment.

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Presentation of our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales model
  • Ability to work remotely effectively
  • Energized by building something new in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
