About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
  • Coach and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
