About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Director of Business Growth and Development at Tava Health, a leading provider of mental health services. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Job Summary:

The Director of Business Growth and Development will be responsible for leading our customer success function, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market share. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives that drive customer retention and acquisition.

About Us:

Tava Health is a dynamic and growing company that is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives. We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Customer Success Function: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring high levels of loyalty and advocacy.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement comprehensive plans to drive business growth and development, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including customer success, sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Measure Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive business growth and development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
