Position Overview:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our community. This position encompasses both Sales and Sales Support functions. You will engage with potential residents and facilitate their transition into our community through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Documenting new leads and managing the sales database;
  • Generating regular reports from the database;
  • Ensuring model suites/apartments are maintained and visually appealing;
  • Handling incoming calls;
  • Preparing, organizing, and distributing correspondence and materials;
  • Coordinating and assisting in the planning of special events, including weekend activities;
  • Supporting prospective resident tours of the community.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a sales support role with a focus on customer service;
  • Prior experience in Sales;
  • Passion for working with the senior demographic;
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Excellent telephone manners;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse individuals;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as client tracking and design software;
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Ability to define your role, assume responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal supervision;
  • Exudes a professional demeanor that fosters confidence and trust.
