In this position, you will play a crucial role in the success of our community. The responsibilities encompass both sales and supportive functions. You will engage with potential residents and convert inquiries into community memberships through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Documenting new inquiries and maintaining the sales database;
  • Generating regular reports from the database;
  • Ensuring model suites and apartments are well-kept and visually appealing;
  • Managing phone communications;
  • Preparing, organizing, and distributing correspondence and other materials;
  • Coordinating and assisting in the planning of special events, including weekend activities;
  • Facilitating tours for prospective residents.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a sales support role with a focus on customer service;
  • Prior experience in sales;
  • Passion for working with the senior demographic;
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as email and internet usage;
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to define responsibilities, take initiative, and manage priorities with minimal supervision;
  • Professional demeanor that instills confidence and trust.
