Role Responsibilities
As a vital part of our community's success, you will engage with potential residents and assist in converting leads through effective relationship-building. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the sales database with new leads;
  • Generating and providing regular reports from the database;
  • Ensuring that model suites and apartments are well-kept and presentable;
  • Managing phone communications;

  • Coordinating and assisting in the planning of special events;
  • Conducting tours for prospective residents.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a sales support role with a focus on customer service;
  • Previous experience in sales;
  • A passion for working with the senior community;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent telephone manners;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Word, Outlook, and Excel;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • The ability to solve problems independently;
  • A professional demeanor that inspires confidence.
