Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at RADcube, LLC, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients who utilize advanced monitoring and analytics solutions for their web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver expert assistance to clients leveraging monitoring tools for their applications.

· Diagnose and rectify technical challenges associated with system deployments and configurations.

· Work closely with engineering teams to enhance tool implementations for streamlined data evaluation.

· Create and sustain dashboards, knowledge base entries, and documentation tailored to application support.

· Keep updated with the latest advancements in monitoring technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

· Demonstrated proficiency in monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar, with practical experience in setup and troubleshooting.

· Strong grasp of log management, data indexing, and data visualization techniques.

· Background in customer support or technical troubleshooting environments.

· Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Capability to independently assess and resolve intricate issues.
