US Signal Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert-level support to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data/IP networking, routing protocols, and telecommunications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- CCNA certification or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with network tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
