Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Rand Worldwide, Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support and solutions to our clients related to Autodesk software, specifically Inventor and Vault, in a Microsoft environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot, research, and provide support and solutions to clients related to Inventor and Vault software, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Support Scope: Support may include issues related to installations, licensing, product functionality, and other related topics.
  • Documentation: Document support cases in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of client issues.
  • Intellectual Property Development: Develop company intellectual property, such as blogs, white papers, and other relevant materials.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Develop strong interpersonal relationships with external and internal clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the Technical and Sales teams to recommend solutions related to the AEC industries in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Business Ethics: Adhere to the utmost of business ethics to ensure that Rand Worldwide, Inc. maintains its respected image.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of work experience with Inventor and Vault software, or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Autodesk manufacturing design processes and business process automation experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Environment: Relevant work experience within a Microsoft environment.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Fusion, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or CNC would be a plus. Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication, presentation, organization, and self-discipline. Initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's or associate degree and/or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $70,000USD - $90,000 USD Based upon experience
