We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at East TN Behavioral Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and management
- Collaborate with the clinical assessment team to coordinate referrals for admission based on the services provided by our facilities
- Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient admissions process for clients
- Identify opportunities for partnering and growth with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and the needs of our clients
Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Must have access to an automobile, where facility requires
