Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your career with a leading business development firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for daily sales appointments with small to medium-sized business owners, focusing on marketing and securing Business Analysts survey agreements.
  • Direct 2-3 sales appointments daily, utilizing your expertise to develop relationships with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
  • Share feedback from appointments and new business lead opportunities with the Business Coordinator.
  • Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, receiving sales support as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to uncover client pain points.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.

What We Offer:

  • Commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses, with realistic first-year earnings of $100K-$110K.
  • Potential to earn high six-figure commissions.
