Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with commercial and multi-family business owners and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events
- Develop and present customized sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of restoration services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice to clients
- Proven sales experience in a commercial or multi-family setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Eligibility to work in the US
