Job Summary

ELDS, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound phone calls and negotiations with prospective customers in the trucking and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate an individual book of business through high-volume outbound phone calls, including cold and follow-up calls, with a goal of 100+ calls per day
  • Qualify new customers and move them through the sales funnel
  • Communicate and follow up daily with new and current customers as necessary
  • Consistently meet a minimum monthly quota for new customer contracts and active devices

Requirements:

  • Ability to close deals in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Persistence and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of inside sales experience in a similar industry
  • 4-year bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of sales success
