Job Title: Sales Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
Novatech Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
