Restoration Business Development Representative

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting commercial and multi-family businesses, establishing relationships, and promoting our restoration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial and multi-family markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in these industries
- Present our restoration services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a commercial or multi-family setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Eligibility to work in the US
