Service Business Development Representative
Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to the service department and assist clients with appointments, vehicle inquiries, and general support.
- Make outgoing calls to assist with customer service and build business for the department.
- Work with the service team to provide excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Use technology to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Daily receipting for the parts and service department.
