  • Request Fulfillment: Expedite guest requests to relevant departments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and standards, and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, and college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Front Desk or Reservations experience preferred.
