Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on driving business growth
  • Knowledge of sales and account management principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
