Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on driving business growth
- Knowledge of sales and account management principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
