We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, as well as merchandising and selling collections specific to each account's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales to meet/exceed company projections
- Work closely with each account to expand the business and deliver desired sales, turn, and margin results
- Create and develop customized assortments specific to each account's needs
- Analyze selling on all accounts to identify key sales drivers and risks
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules
- Provide planning support for key accounts by monitoring and recapping key business metrics
- Inventory planning and management for key accounts
- Travel as needed to customers
Requirements:
- College graduate with relevant work experience
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of wholesale and retail business
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of product, merchandising, and retail math
- Computer literate, specifically knowledge of Excel
