Senior Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team at OEC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, electronic media, and networking events
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas
- Collaborate with internal teams, including CRM Specialists, to create sales presence in local markets
- Travel locally for client meetings and presentations
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a freight forwarding role
- Previous experience directly selling ocean and/or air services is preferred
- Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, problem solver, high emotional intelligence, and communication skills
- Professional email and phone etiquette, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Monthly car allowance
