Senior Account Executive

Intellect, a leading provider of AI-powered Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) software solutions, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive sales and revenue growth as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Follow-up: Pursue Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by our Business Development team, nurturing them into sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients across various organizational levels.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Intellect's product suite and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- New Business Closure: Drive the closure of new business opportunities through persuasive negotiation and value-based selling.
- Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within monthly and quarterly timelines.
- Brand Promotion: Promote and sell Intellect's solutions, embodying a value-based sales approach to showcase the benefits to potential customers.
- Customer Education: Educate clients on the financial and professional advantages of adopting Intellect's solutions.
- Sales Cycle Guidance: Skillfully guide prospects through the sales cycle, securing initial deals and fostering revenue growth.
- Pipeline Development: Independently build and develop sales opportunities, acquiring new clients to expand the client base.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Pre-Sales, and Integration teams to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
- Competitive and entrepreneurial drive to consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Experience negotiating and closing deals with decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently secure new business and acquire new clients.
- Previous experience in navigating complex sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in group settings.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Comfortable and proficient in remote work environments.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong leadership skills and high integrity.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Active listener and quick learner.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- At least 7 years of solution or value-based selling experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successfully selling complex SaaS products to senior executives.
- 3 years' experience selling QMS.
