The Merchandising Strategy Office plays a pivotal role in supporting the Walmart U.S. Merchandising organization by empowering teams to make strategic and financially sound decisions that align with our goals and serve our customers effectively.

Your impact will be significant through:

  • Collaborating with business and finance partners to establish and monitor Merchandising objectives, while reporting on key strategic focus areas.
  • Owning and managing decision-making processes, ensuring effective communication and execution within the Merchandising organization.
  • Preparing materials and supporting leadership for high-stakes meetings.
  • Working in partnership with business units to foster transparency and clarity in executing strategies, while overcoming obstacles to enhance efficiency.
  • Promoting a culture of integrity and ethical standards among associates.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or a related field, along with 4 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related area, or 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and supervisory roles.
