Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Conduct initial interviews to understand client needs and preferences.
    • Present and explain insurance policy options to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Field Underwriting
    • Conduct thorough underwriting processes with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Client Support
    • Ensure all necessary forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Arrange payment methods with clients.
    • Follow up on claims filed by clients.
  • Team Development
    • Establish and support team members to achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Follow approved guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train a team of insurance professionals.
    • Maintain a competitive, fun, and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
