Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Project Manager for Transportation Initiatives, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the successful execution of assigned projects.
2. Coordinating the efforts of multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
3. Managing all facets of complex projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines.
4. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.
5. Conducting collaborative sessions to develop deliverables in partnership with team members and external partners.
6. Monitoring project finances and adjusting resources as necessary to meet budgetary constraints.
7. Implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to uphold project standards.
8. Mentoring junior project managers and guiding them in their professional development.
9. Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; familiarity with Access is a plus.
- Strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
- A commitment to contributing positively to our collaborative culture.

Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 20 years of relevant industry experience.
- 15 years of project management experience, particularly with transportation clients.
