This position will lead and direct the lending team in achieving annual lending objectives, maintaining asset quality standards, and adhering to all CDFI Fund regulations, legal requirements, and funder commitments while cultivating a loan portfolio that prioritizes minority and low-wealth borrowers, balancing mission-driven goals with financial sustainability.
